Wendy Bennett


Wendy Bennett has a BFA in music education from Miami University in Ohio. She has been a roster artist with Young Audiences, Woodruff Arts Center for 17 years, during which time she has brought music and creative dramatics to thousands of Georgia's school children. She has served as a principle performer with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Symphony Street program for six years and acted with numerous local theatre compnaies, including Horizon Theatre and A.R.T. Station.

Young Audiences’ programs are supported by the Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA) through the appropriations of the GA General Assembly. GCA is a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, which believes that a great nation deserves great art. Major funding also provided by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners under the guidance of the Fulton County Arts Council.
