Myths and Legends: Metamorphoses  |  Georgia Shakespeare

Ovid’s Metamorphoses has remained one of the most influential tellings of Greek myths for 2,000 years! Inspired by this Roman masterpiece, the play brings some of the most inspiring Greek and Roman myths out of the past and into life. These ancient tales can still tell us very modern stories about love, consequences and transformation. The myths of Orpheus and Eurydice, Acteon and more come together in a narrative about what it means to be human, reminding us that change is as eternal as the gods

Available for tour March 12th to May 25th 2012.
