If you want a child to learn a lesson--tell a story! Myths, fables and folktales, like “Coyote’s Crying Song” and “Amy and the Crossnore,” teach values such as respect teamwork and responsibility in a gentle, humorous and non-threatening way all children will understand and enjoy.
